Get to Know Europa Yang, DMD
Dr. Europa Yang grew up in Acton, and her goal is to provide the highest quality pediatric dental care in a warm, comfortable environment so your child has the best dental experience possible. She loves building positive relationships with her young patients and their families so taking care of their smiles is always easy and fun. Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Yang graduated from Bowdoin College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. She then worked in the biotechnology industry in Boston for four years before attending the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. While there, Dr. Yang served as the President of the Student Research Group and conducted research in oral biology.
Dr. Yang then completed her post-graduate training in pediatric dentistry at NYU Langone and is certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She has served as the President of the Hampshire Dental Society and is an active member of the Valley District Dental Society and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Outside the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Yang and her husband live in Florence where they enjoy raising their young son. She likes to travel, preferably to warm places and beaches, and go to concerts featuring her favorite band, the Wallflowers. She knows the lyrics to most of their songs and still has hopes of one day meeting the lead singer, Jakob Dylan!
