Come Join Our Treehouse
When you choose to visit Treehouse Pediatric Dentistry for your child's dental care, we’re ready to do everything we can to ensure our office feels like a little slice of home before you leave. We want you to be comfortable right from the start, so below, we’ve covered everything you need to know ahead of your first pediatric dental appointment. Of course, if you have any questions, you are always welcome to reach out to our team!
Your First Pediatric Dental Visit
Depending on your child’s age and needs, you will have the option to accompany them to the back for their appointment. Once they have been introduced to the team, we’ll discuss their medical and dental history with you, and then their dentist will perform an exam. They’ll share their observations with you and go over possible treatments, and then your child will receive a teeth cleaning from a dental hygienist. If they did relatively well throughout their visit, they’ll receive a little prize before they leave.
Save yourself the stress of trying to fill out our forms while keeping an eye on your child in the waiting room by downloading them below. Complete them at home, bring them to your child’s appointment, and we’ll be able to check them in almost immediately.
We accept a wide range of dental insurance plans and are in-network with many plans. We're happy to submit claims and accept payment from your insurance company. As insurance can be complicated, we can help you figure out what kind of coverage your plan offers, and then we'll handle the paperwork on your behalf so we can make sure you're maximizing your benefits. Give us a call to learn how we could use your particular plan.
We learned over the years that scheduling for kids can be a struggle, but at Treehouse Pediatric Dentistry, we have it down to a science. We are open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. We see children under 6 in the mornings, and welcome older kids in the afternoons in order to work with school schedules. If this is not possible in your situation or you have kids of varying ages, we are always willing to work with you. Let us know any special scheduling requests.
We strive to see every child at their appointed time and ask that patients who are unable to make appointments allow 24 hours’ notice before cancelling. Those who cancel with less than a day’s notice will be charged a failed appointment fee. We also see emergency patients and encourage you to call as soon as possible. We try to see emergencies on the day they contact us.
